Below are the current estimated waiting times for our services. Times are updated monthly.

Services for Adults

English only

• Psychological assessments (i.e., psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational or neuropsychological)

  • Adults ages 18 to 65:  2 months
     

English or French only

• Psychotherapy​

  • Adults ages 18 to 65: Immediate availability 

  • Adults ages 65 +: Immediate availability starting August 2026

Services for Children, Adolescents and Families​

English or French

• Psychological assessments (i.e., developmental, psychodiagnostic, psychoeducational or neuropsychological)

  • Children and adolescents ages 2 to 17: 3 months
     

• Psychotherapy​

  • Family services: 1 month

  • Children ages 6 to 12: 1 month

  • Adolescents ages 13 to 18: 1 month
