Before requesting an appointment, we kindly ask that you review the following sections of our website. These sections contain important information about the types of services we offer, clinician availability, languages of service, and billing procedures.
Please note that while services are offered in English, French, and Spanish, availability in each language may vary. We periodically pause specific services once their waiting list reaches capacity.
Once you join our waiting list, you will receive an automatic email every 30 days asking if you would like to remain registered. If we do not receive a response after two consecutive emails, your name will be removed from the list. This system enables us to maintain an up-to-date and accurate waitlist, ensuring that we can offer services efficiently.
As the waitlist grows, we will begin posting estimated wait times for each service on this page.

If you are a current or former patient of one of our clinicians, please click the button below to access our JaneApp online booking site.
Please note that if you schedule an appointment through the JaneApp platform and you are not already a patient, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. In that case, please register through our waiting list to access services.
