Insurances

At NPSCSPN, services are billed directly to clients. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
 
We provide detailed receipts for all sessions that can be submitted to private insurance plans for reimbursement.

 

Direct Billing to Insurance

We currently offer direct billing through TELUS eClaims, which allows us to submit claims on your behalf to participating insurance providers.
 

Direct billing is available only when:

• Your plan covers psychological services

• The client (or parent/guardian) is the policyholder

• The plan allows assignment of benefits
   

Please note that not all insurance plans permit direct billing, even if they are listed.
