Cost - Assessment
​We provide comprehensive assessments that integrate multiple dimensions, including medical conditions, cognitive, educational, mental health, and neurodevelopmental functioning. These assessments are designed for complex presentations that often require an in-depth understanding across multiple domains.
Due to the level of detail and care required, we adopt a low-volume, high-quality approach. Each case receives in-depth attention to ensure assessments are evidence-based, personalized, and clinically meaningful.
What is included?
Each comprehensive neuropsychological assessment includes:

Clinical Interviews with parents and/or the youth.

Feedback Session with parents and/or the youth.

Consultation with External Professionals. This may include communication with teachers, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, pediatricians or family physicians.

Between 1 and 3 testing sessions, each lasting up to 3 hours. The number of sessions depends on the complexity of the child/youth's presentation (e.g., bilingual profile).

Administrative work, scoring, analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
Fee Structure
The total Cost is between $5,000 and $6,500. The final cost depends on the complexity of the presentation and the extent of the assessment required.
You will not be billed more than $6,500 if additional time is required for further testing or report writing.
We recognize that many families are not initially aware of the full scope and depth of comprehensive assessments. This is why we only offer fully integrated assessments that cover all necessary areas, such as medical, mental health, neurodevelopmental, cognitive, and educational.
Cost - Intervention
Each intervention session, whether individual psychotherapy or family therapy, typically lasts 50 minutes. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may occasionally be shorter or longer in duration. All fees are calculated pro rata based on the actual duration of the session.
Our pricing model reflects ongoing engagement and therapeutic continuity:

Sessions 1 to 30: $250 per hour

Sessions 31 to 50: $225 per hour

Sessions 51 and beyond: $200 per hour
This tiered structure is available only when services are provided continuously and consistently. If services are paused for an extended period and resumed later, the fee structure will restart at the initial rate.
Non-Direct Contact Services
Time spent on letters, forms, or school meetings are billed at the same hourly rate as therapy sessions, based on the actual time required.
