Cost - Assessment
​We provide ABA assessments that integrate direct observation, caregiver interviews, standardized/criterion-referenced measures, and a functional analysis of environmental factors that may impede progress. These assessments are designed to guide an individualized, clinically meaningful treatment plan.
What is included?

Clinical Interview(s) with caregivers/parents and/or the youth

Direct observation and functional assessment (i.e.,antecedents/consequences)

Standardized/criterion-referenced measures as appropriate

Identification of barriers and supports across home/school/community

Personalized treatment plan with goals and recommended strategies

Administrative work, scoring, analysis, interpretation, and report writing.

Feedback session to review results, recommendations, and next steps

Documentation (summary/report as indicated)
Fee Structure
The total average cost is between $1080 and $2,160. The final cost depends on record review, observation time, scoring/analysis, documentation, and the feedback session.
You will not be billed more than $2,500 if additional time is required.

Cost - Intervention
Each intervention session, whether individual or caregivers / parents, typically lasts 50 minutes. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may occasionally be shorter or longer in duration. All fees are calculated pro rata based on the actual duration of the session.
Our pricing model reflects ongoing engagement and therapeutic continuity:

Sessions 1 to 30: $180 per hour

Sessions 31 to 50: $165 per hour

Sessions 51 and beyond: $150 per hour
This tiered structure is available only when services are provided continuously and consistently. If services are paused for an extended period and resumed later, the fee structure will restart at the initial rate.
Non-Direct Contact Services
Time spent on letters, forms, or school meetings are billed at the same hourly rate as therapy sessions, based on the actual time required.
