Psychotherapy & Family  Services

We offer individual therapy to children and adolescents aged 6 to 19, who are navigating emotional, social or behavioural challenges.

We also offer family therapy where families have the opportunity to understand their dynamics to improve their relationships, resolve conflicts and use effective coping strategies. This type of group therapy allows members of the family to build stronger relationships by creating a supportive environment at home.

Services are offered in English, French, and Spanish, and are available in person or virtually.
